When will my order arrive?

Please allow longer for regional deliveries. 

Please note that shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. There may be slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other courier delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our control.

Please note that deliveries will sometimes be split into two or more deliveries with cases arriving a day or so after your first delivery.

What if I'm not at home?

If our couriers deem there is a safe place to leave your order, our driver or courier will leave it without the need for a signature. If there is deemed no safe place to leave your order, our courier will take it to the closest post office or collection point. If this is the case, the courier or driver will leave a note with the collection details.

Returns

In the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, or incorrect we’ll happily refund or replace your order, just email info@gtglivingwater.com.au. Please note we can't offer a return for change of mind.
